Vesakha Puja

Online uposatha observance program, 8-9:30pm EDT, held in the Upavana Zoom Meeting.  This day, the Full Moon of May, is the celebration of Vesakha Puja.  This is the Buddha’s birthday, as well as commemoration of his attaining enlightenment and passing away into Parinibbana.  We’ll mark the occasion with our standard Uposatha program as well as a chant and reflection to recollect the Buddha.
