Mindfulness of Vedanā

On the Uposatha, Tahn Pamutto continues the study of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness with a discussion of the second foundation – Mindfulness of Vedanā. Often translated as Feelings or Feeling Tone, this aspect of the mind is the byproduct of us constantly evaluating things in terms of good and bad, and provides the emotional weight that is constantly goading our decision-making process.
