The First Satipaṭṭhana

On the Uposatha, Tahn Pamutto finishes looking at the Four Foundations of Mindfulness by discussing the First – Mindfulness of the Body. Based on observation of the body as it actually is, this first and most fundamental basis for mindfulness allows us to anchor our minds on something physical and objective – thereby sidestepping all of our perceptions, biases, and delusions.
