Sun, Dec 29: Daylong Retreat

Join Tahn Pamutto and friends for an online daylong retreat in the Upavana Zoom, Sunday, December 29.  The theme of the day will be Faith – how to establish and develop our confidence in the practice and the Triple Gem.  This faculty is important for directing our progress and keeping us from losing momentum.  When fully cultivated it becomes a power and we are able to breeze through obstacles with a steady heart.

The three best focuses for faith are the Three Jewels – the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha.
